Family History Content. To create your custom book, we collect the detailed questionnaire answers you (or your family member) submit about the book's subject — including biographical details, personal stories, and, where applicable, information about health, death, and family relationships. You may also upload photographs and audio recordings as part of this process. This information is used solely to write and produce your book.

Payment Information. Payments are processed through Wix Payments and/or other payment processors integrated with our site. We do not directly collect or store your full credit card details — that information is handled by our payment processor in accordance with its own security standards and privacy policy.

Technical Information. Like most websites, our Site (hosted on the Wix platform) automatically collects certain technical information such as IP address, browser type, and browsing activity through cookies and similar technologies. See Section 6 below.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run our business and fulfill your order:

- Wix.com, which hosts our website, processes payments, and stores our order and customer data on our behalf.
- Lulu Press, Inc., our print-on-demand partner, receives the name, shipping address, and finished book content necessary to print and ship your order.
- AI-assisted drafting tools, which we use internally to help prepare an initial draft of your book from your submitted questionnaire answers. Every draft is reviewed, edited, and finalized by our team before your book is printed — the AI-assisted draft is a starting point, not the finished product.
- Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

4. Data Retention

We retain your order information, questionnaire responses, and related content for as long as necessary to fulfill your order, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your personal information as described in Section 5, subject to our legitimate business and legal recordkeeping needs.
