Processing Time
All Family Legacy books are custom printed to
order. Please allow 2–3 weeks from
questionnaire submission for your book to be
printed and shipped. Shipping time begins after
printing is complete.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive a
tracking number by email as soon as your order
ships from our printing partner.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at
checkout. Family Legacy Books is not responsible for
orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Address changes must be requested before the
order is sent to print.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your book arrives damaged or is lost in transit,
please contact us within 14 days of the expected
delivery date. We will work with our printing
partner to resolve the issue promptly, including
reprinting and reshipping at no cost to you.
